Pacific Poke

Michael and Dong – two best friends, with a passion for food, people, and entrepreneurship had their first taste of poke while on a business trip to California. Their first taste of this traditional Hawaiian dish opened their eyes, and their tastebuds, to a world of possibilities. It was there that the goal of creating a chef-driven, healthy, quick-serve restaurant focussed on elevating traditional poke was born.

Our fresh and innovative West Coast poke takes the traditional Hawaiian dish and elevates it, using products and ingredients that are found close to home.
